Standard Size Orders: Eligible standard size garments may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Contact support@meloraarchive.com within 48 hours of delivery, keeping all tags, original packaging, and the red security ribbon attached. Once approved, please return the garment within 7 calendar days using a tracked service.

Custom Measurement Orders: Custom made, custom sized, made to measure, bridal, couture, personalised, and special order pieces are created especially for you and are final sale once production begins. Our team will contact you after purchase to confirm your measurements.

If Something Is Not Right: If your garment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video. Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate resolution and cover reasonable approved return shipping costs.
